The vertical and horizontal concrete elements of the façade provide different modulations to respond to different views and orientations. The terminal volume of Viale Sturzo's body has triple-height metal elements.
Three standalone reception areas feature various heights between 4.5 and 6 m, with waiting areas before the turnstiles at the entrance desks.
Work spaces will feature plasterboard false ceilings, raised and inspectable floors, an air conditioning system with primary air and radiant panels, a lighting system with high efficiency suspended LED fixtures.
Fifteen lifts for people transportation, three of which are exclusively for the underground garage, and three goods hoist systems.
There is a smoke/fire detection system in all areas; along with the fire alarm and EVAC emergency sound and emergency lighting systems. Two water fire-fighting systems (for the hydrants network and for the sprinkler network).
The plant types will guarantee the exploitation of renewable energy sources on site, including groundwater condensed heat pumps and the roof photovoltaic system.
The building has been designed to meet the PLATINUM requirements of the LEED® certification.
